The Triplo Group is a private investment and management firm with its commercial activity primarily in Europe and North America.

The Triplo Group is in the business of building enduring profitability for the businesses we acquire and invest in. We look for growth potential when analyzing a company and have the financial, operational and strategic resources to add real value. We're a nimble firm able to work quickly, discreetly and confidentially.

We are seeking controlling positions in companies or corporate divisions valued in the $50 million to $500 million range or larger under special circumstances where we engage in co-investment relationships including one recently with Goldman Sachs Canada Limited.

Our team

Our people have senior, hands-on experience in a range of business sectors, with an accent in the commercial appliances space. They have expertise across all five continents, running and building public and private companies. They include seasoned operating executives and finance professionals with board-level strategic experience.

Operating Team Leader

Robert L. Eisenberg (Bob)
Bob is operating team leader at the portfolio level. With 31 years of combined experience in the commercial laundry space. Bob works very closely with the investment professionals in determining strategy at the portfolio level, while working with operating management at our portfolio companies to implement the same. Bob was until recently, Chairman of the Commercial Laundry Association (CLA) board of directors, and still retains a seat on the board.

Investment & Financial Advisory Team Leader

Okey O. Onyegbule (Okey)
Okey O. Onyegbule is Managing Director at The Triplo Group. Okey is responsible guiding acquisitions including transaction origination, negotiation and execution. He works very closely with the operating team leader at the portfolio level in setting strategy while playing a hands-on role in integrating acquired companies. In addition, Okey leads the committee which determines exit strategies for our investment portfolio. Trained as an electrical engineer and financier, he brings with him core experience in investment banking and corporate finance from JPMorgan Securities Inc., Citigroup's Salomon Smith Barney Inc., and BlackRock Financial Management Inc.
